Child Safety Seats

Traveling with a young child? Budget offers Child Safety Seats to help protect the safety of your child. Simply request a child safety seat when you make your reservation and we’ll have one ready when you pick up your vehicle.

Georgia law requires all children under the age of 6 to be in a car seat. Your request will be held with your reservation, but rental is made on a first-come, first-served basis so availability is not guaranteed. Due to liability issues, Budget personnel are not permitted to install child safety seats into vehicles for customers. Seats must be returned to the renting location or an additional fee will apply to the rental. Failure to return the seat in the same condition as received (minus normal wear and tear) may result in additional charges.
