We collect information from you during the process of reservation and rental transactions, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, driver’s license number and payment card information.

Governing Law, Venue and Forum

Unless otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and by the federal laws of the United States, excluding their conflicts of laws provisions. All disputes, controversies and disagreements between the parties arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy shall be exclusively submitted for, resolved and finally settled by, binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by three (3) arbitrators exclusively in Cobb County, Georgia, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any arbitration conducted pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16). The Parties waive any objection that might be made on the ground that such venue may be in an inconvenient forum.

You further agree that any disputes or claims not subject to the arbitration provision discussed above shall be resolved by a court located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
